Fulham are close to concluding a deal for Everton forward Tomasz Radzinski with Chris Coleman hoping that the transfer could go through this week.

The Canadian international has been a long-term Fulham target and Coleman is confident that the deal should be finalised shortly. Radzinski submitted a transfer request at Goodison Park earlier this summer and rejected a proposed new three-year contract before launching a broadside at manager David Moyes are being denied the chance to leave Everton.

The 30 year-old, who has scored 25 goals in 91 appearances for the Toffees, is out of contract next summer so Everton will have to cash in during this transfer window or risk losing Radzinski for nothing at the end of the season. Charlton are reportedly interested in the former Anderlecht forward but Fulham are optimistic of landing their man.
