Fulham centre-back Zat Knight has signed an extension to his current contract keeping him at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2008.
The England Under-21 international, who established himself as a first team regular last season when the Cottagers finished ninth, told the Fulham official website: ‘I’m very happy to have committed my future to Fulham, which I know is the right move for me at this time.
‘Pre-season training is going well and I know that the manager is looking to strengthen the squad, so hopefully we can improve on the finish of last season which would be great for us and for the fans.’
