The Football Association have confirmed they’ve received a complaint from Fulham regarding an incident in the 1-1 FA Cup fourth-round draw at Goodison Park last month.
Luis Boa Morte made allegations in last weekends press that Everton’s Duncan Ferguson racially abused him during the match.
The FA subsequently demanded an explanation from Fulham’s Portuguse winger, which he has since given via his club.
Ferguson has strongly denied the allegations.
The submission will now be investigated by The FA’s Compliance Unit with immediate effect.
