Fulham winger Luis Boa Morte has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.

The Portuguese international faces the charge after the FA studied video evidence of an incident in the Cottagers’ 2-0 win over Leicester. Referee Chris Foy missed Boa Morte’s alleged stamp on Leicester defender Frank Sinclair.

Boa Morte, who went on to score both goals in Fulham’s win, has 14 days to respond to the charge. The Portuguese international ran into disciplinary trouble last season when he was shown 12 yellow cards. He has already been booked twice in this campaign.
