Fulham have been linked with a £1m deal to sign Sunderland’s out-of-favour striker Tore Andre Flo.

The Norwegian international had been expected to sign for Siena, with his agent having already held discussions with the Serie A side over the past week. Flo is eager for first-team football to revive his international career after being dropped from Norway’s squad for their friendly against Scotland on Wednesday but could be offered a chance to reignite his Premier League career at Fulham, who are looking for attacking reinforcements with Steve Marlet heading to Marseille on loan.
