Christian Damiano was pleased after Fulham finally broke through Aigaleo’s stubborn resistance at Craven Cottage to take a 1-0 lead to Greece for the second leg of their Intertoto Cup tie.
The Fulham assistant manager told the club’s official website that Louis Saha’s late strike gave the Whites the advantage – and took great pleasure from another clean sheet. Damiano said:
