Hammersmith-born midfielder Udo Onwere came through the club’s youth ranks to make more than a hundred appearances for Fulham between 1990 and 1994. He was an energetic and determined force in a struggling Fulham side despite not being a regular, scoring seven goals in four seasons, before being released following the club’s relegation to the Third Division.
