Reliable right back Harry Freeman made 190 first-team appearances for Fulham between 1937 and 1952. The full back, who also deputised occasionally at centre half, served with the Royal Fusiliers during the Second World War and helped the Whites reach top flight for the first time in the club’s history in 1949 when they won the Second Division title.
