Fulham winger Harry Wilson was on target as Wales maintained their unbeaten record under Craig Bellamy with a comfortable 3-0 win over Liechtenstein last night.

They are now two points ahead of top seeds Belgium at the top of Group J after Roberto Martinez’s side were held to a 1-1 draw by North Macedonia. Wales head to Brussels to play Belgium in a crucial clash on Monday evening.

After Joe Rodon had headed Bellamy’s boys in front, Wilson nodded home the second of the evening from a superb cross by Jay Dasilva to score his thirteenth goal for his country – taking him above Ryan Giggs and level with John Toshack. Wales wrapped up the victory when Kiefer Moore rolled in the third after excellent play from David Brooks.
