Fulham full back Devan Tanton has signed a new two-year contract – with the club holding an option to extend that deal by a further twelve months.

The Colombian international has enjoyed an excellent year that saw him make sixteen PL2 appearances for Hayden Mullins’ under 21s and star as the young Whites won the Premier League Cup. Tanton, who won the Fulham Supporters’ Trust’s Johnny Haynes’ Trophy for academy player of the year, made his senior debut in the 3-1 League Cup win over Ipswich Town in November 2023 and was rewarded with an international debut, coming off the bench in Colombia’s 1-0 friendly win over Venezuela the following month.

The right back told Fulham’s official website this morning:

“I’m very pleased to extend my stay at Fulham and I’m looking to continue pushing on. This is reward for a positive individual season and I’m grateful for the club’s confidence in me and how I’m developing. Signing this new deal comes with the overall objective of earning a place in the first team – and I’m now looking to make a name for myself on the professional stage.”
