Fulham have emerged as the leading contender to sign Juventus left-back Andrea Cambiaso, according to reports from Italy.

Calciomerceta claims that the Whites have watched the 24 year-old wing-back as he has starred in Serie A, scoring three times and creating five more goals from 30 appearances for Juve. The report suggests that Fulham are ‘above all other’ suitors for the Italian international with the Bianconeri considering cashing in on one of their unexpected stars of this campaign over the close season.

Fulham will be looking for an attack-minded left back to push Antonee Robinson all the way as Fode Ballo-Toure’s loan from AC MIlan hasn’t worked out as well as envisaged this term.
