Manor Solomon, who spent last season on loan with Fulham, is set to become Ange Postecoglou’s third signing as Tottenham manager after the winger agreed personal terms over a move to Spurs.

The Israeli international scored five goals in as many games during a strong spell at Craven Cottage but he has opted to move on this summer – although the proposed deal is still subject to sorting out an ongoing legal wrangle between Solomon’s parent club, Shakhtar Donetsk, and FIFA. The 23 year-old scored five times in 24 appearances for Fulham as Marco Silva’s side finished tenth in the top flight and believes the time is now right to test himself at a higher level.

Solomon’s representatives have struck a deal with Spurs over his contract in north London and his medical should take place at Hotspur Way during the coming week.
