Dave Kidd in the People suggests that Bobby Zamora has won a battle of wills with Fulham manager Martin Jol – by convincing him to select Andy Johnson.

The paper reports that Fulham’s players asked Jol to reconsider his 4-2-3-1 formation before last Sunday’s derby with QPR and the manager instead reverted to a 4-4-2 system, playing Zamora and Johnson up front. The two friends tore Neil Warnock’s side apart with Johnson proving Zamora’s point with a hat-trick in the memorable 6-0 win.
