Dan with Fulham full back Antonee Robinson

Jack Kelly and I joined a hundred or so Fulham fans at the Fulham Foundation’s Golf Day at the Caddi Club in Wimbledon last night.

The Foundation’s Ryder Cup warm-up saw Antonee Robinson and Timothy Castagne go head to head on a virtual Beth Page Black course ahead of next week’s meeting between the United States of America and Europe in New York. Both full backs answered questions from the Foundation’s Mat Doolan and fans in a pre-golf Q&A and then spent a couple of hours with supporters.

The proceeds from the event went to supporting the Fulham FC Foundation’s Kickz programme, which operates across several south-west London boroughs and extends sporting opportunities to youngsters from local schools. Both Jack and I know just how important these programmes are – as we discussed in a video from the venue last night, that also touched on Saturday night’s derby:
