Partizan Belgrade have rejected Fulham’s £215,000 offer for striker Dusan Jovanovic, according to Arena Sport.
The Serbian giants believe the Premier League club’s bid for their 19 year-old forward ‘humiliating’ – and believe they can easily attract an offer of around £865,000 (approximately €1m) for their third-choice striker. It remains to be seen whether the Whites will return with an increased bid for the teenager, who is currently Andrej Kostic and Jovan Milosevic in Sr?an Blagojevi?’s pecking order.
By all means, you should try low balling an offer, but that is ridiculously low, Fulham. We will be laughed out of the transfer market.
I would have thought half a million was a good starting point. He is worthwhile at that price. Going in with a ridiculously low offer only antagonises the selling club who will then be unwilling to negotiate
We’re lowballing on €1m? Why even bother?
Our director of football operations must have got aroused by seeing Jovanovic on football manager; he’s embarrassing himself and the club really-stick to wrestling-there you go TK that’s an idea for a wrestling podcast!
They are a joke. Our recruitment sucks
