Fabrizio Romano’s latest tweet suggests that Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin has reversed himself and agreed to join Fulham – but that there is no agreement between the two sides on a fee for the Brazilian.

Lets try and be positive. If it comes off he looks a really quality player . Negotiations are still continuing which is a good sign, as there must be an element of flexibility on both sides . I suspect this one may go to the wire
