Fulham have made a formal offer for Partizan Belgrade forward Dusan Jovanovic, according to reports from Serbia.

Mozzart Sport says that the Whites have followed up on their previous interest in the nineteen year-old striker by submitting an undisclosed bid to the Black and Whites. Jovanovic, who made his senior debut for Partizan in the Serbian Cup against Graficar in December 2023 and set up a goal within three minutes of coming off the bench, is not in the first-team plans of head coach Srjan Blagojevic and there is a chance of a deal being done before the end of the transfer window, especially with Partizan’s perilous financial position.

The 6ft centre forward, born in Smederevo, has scored two goals in nineteen games at senior level for Partizan having been a prolific scorer at youth level. Jovanovic did score in the 118th minute of Partizan’s Europa League first qualifying round second leg against AEK Larnaca to send the tie to penalties, but his side were beaten in the shoot-out. The teenager has previously attracted attention from Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest, but Fulham’s interest is said to be the most concrete.
