Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin is on his way to London for a medical after Fulham agreed a £34.6m fee to sign the Brazilian winger.

The deal bring the talented 22 year-old to Craven Cottage will comfortably surpass Fulham’s record transfer fee – which is currently the initial £27m they paid Arsenal to sign Emile Smith Rowe last summer. Kevin, who usually plays on the left wing but can play up front or from the right flank, has scored seventeen goals in 57 matches for Shakhtar, also contributing ten assists.

He was outstanding as Shakhtar came from behind to beat Servette in the UEFA Europa Conference League play-off on Thursday night, scoring a penalty that helped the Miners secure a place in the group phase of the competition. The protracted deal to bring in the pacey winger would be Fulham’s second of the summer and their slow recruitment has angered head coach Marco Silva.
