Terrell Works scored the only goal as Fulham’s under 21s were well beaten by Braga B this afternoon.
The Whites’ experimental defence was pulled apart by a ruthless Braga attack, who gave the hosts a commanding three-goal cushion, before winger Works produced a delightful right-footed finish after latching onto a long ball from the back. He could have set up a dramatic finish from Fulham’s next attack but shot wide of the far post having sought to repeat his previous finish after beating the Braga offside trap.
