Fulham have approached Chelsea over the possibility of signing midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall this summer.

Marco Silva wants to add bodies to his engine room ahead of the new Premier League campaign and the former Leicester City midfielder is keen to play more regular football after his career has stagnated somewhat since his £30 million to Stamford Bridge in July 2024.

The 26 year-old has made just 36 first-team appearances, scoring five goals, in his first year with Chelsea and is not likely to be a regular starter under Enzo Maresca this term. Dewsbury-Hall, who played 129 senior games for Leicester after coming through the Foxes’ youth set-up, has been a long-term Fulham target but the near neighbours are some way apart regarding their valuations of the box-to-box man, who has Conference League experience with both of his former clubs.

Chelsea are said to want more than the £30 million they paid Leicester for Dewsbury-Hall’s services if they are to sell him, so a loan with an option to buy looks more likely at this stage.
