Fulham first team coach Stuart Gray will step down from his position and leave the club after a decade of service at Craven Cottage after Sunday’s final game of the season against Manchester City.
Gray, who initially came in as a caretaker manager following the sacking of Kit Symons worked helped Slavisa Jokanovic, Scott Parker and Marco Silva win promotion from the Championship, and has been an integral part of Silva’s backroom staff as the Portuguese head coach has re-established the Whites as a Premier League force over the past three years.
The 65 year-old’s final game this weekend will make the end of his 48 years in football having been a successful player for Nottingham Forest, Barnsley, Aston Villa and Southampton before becoming of Britain’s most highly-regarded coaches.
