A double from Owen Eames helped Derby County’s under 18s knock Fulham out of the Premier League Cup as the Rams won 4-0 at Moor Farm this afternoon.
Eames opened the scoring just after the hour half having been set up by right back Jerome Richards. He doubled Derby’s lead with fourteen minutes to go – converting a cross from Justin Oguntolu – and Fulham folded in the final quarter of the contest. Richards added a third before turning provider once again for substitute James Ward as the hosts cruised into the last four.
