Harry Wilson’s dramatic equaliser against Brentford last month has been voted the Premier League goal of the month for November.

The Welsh winger’s stoppage time back flick from Adama Traore’s cross set up a superb comeback in the local derby as he scored an even later header to secure a 2-1 win for Marco Silva’s side.

Speaking after he was presented with his goal of the month award at Motspur Park, Wilson said:

“Obviously the goal was so important, in such a big game for us, for our fans, to get us back level. I think it really gave us that belief that we could go on and win the game, and ultimately we did. That moment when it left my foot, it seemed to take forever to loop in. There was silence, and then the roar when it hit the net was amazing. That feeling will live with me for a long, long time.”
