Georgia Heasman bagged a brace as Fulham FC Women eased into the second round proper of the Women’s FA Cup with an emphatic 7-0 victory over Chesham United at Motspur Park this afternoon.

The Whites opened the scoring in the eleventh minute when Megalie Mendes sent over a superb cross and Ellie Olds headed into the net. Stella Gandee Morgan made it two just six minutes later with a sweet strike from nineteen yards. Mendes got herself on the scoresheet from the penalty spot midway through the first period before Heasman scored her first of the afternoon with a simple finish from a brilliant ball from Madi Parsonson.

The wily winger added a fifth a minute before the break with a lovely lob over the Chesham United goalkeeper. The visitors were much more defensively disciplined in the second half. The peerless Parsonson drilled a sixth beyond a stranded visiting goalkeeper and substitute Isabel Taylor-Makepeace rounded off the scoring in the first minute of added time by rounding the goalkeeper and finishing with a modicum of fuss.
