Fulham are planning to submit a new offer for Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay once they complete the capture of Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal, according to Sky Sports News.

Reporter Dharmesh Sheth claims that the Whites are ready to make new attempt to lure the Scottish international to Craven Cottage having had a £17m offer rejected earlier this summer. The 27 year-old midfielder, who has made 252 appearances for the Red Devils since coming through the United youth academy, is apparently Fulham top target to replace Joao Palhinha after the Portuguese international’s departure for Bayern Munich earlier this month.
