Fulham midfielder Matt Dibley-Dias is poised to sign for Northampton Town on a season-long loan, according to the Daily Mirror.

The talented midfielder, who captained Hayden Mullins’ under-21 side last season, has attracted significant interest from Football League clubs this summer and the Cobblers appear to have won the battle to sign the 20 year-old, who has spent six years in Fulham’s Motspur Park academy set-up.

Dibley-Dias will follow in the footsteps of Fulham team-mate Kieron Bowie, who made 85 appearances – scoring fourteen goals – during two loan spells at Sixfields.
