Goals from skipper Ollie Gofford and Jayden Quashie secured an impressive win for Fulham’s under 18s at Aston Villa this lunchtime.
Ali Melloul’s young Whites dominated proceedings and recorded a richly deserved victory through two second half goals both set up by brilliant creative play from centre forward Aaron Loupalo-Bi. Gofford put Fulham in front just after the hour mark and midfielder Quashie made sure of the points after another Loupalo-Bi assist with six minutes to play at Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training ground.
The victory lifts Fulham to fifth in the table.
