Fulham have yet to reopen talks with defender Tosin Adarabioyo over extending his stay at Craven Cottage despite his current contract expiring at the end of the season, according to this afternoon’s Evening Standard.

The former Manchester City central defender, who has made more than a hundred appearances since joining Fulham in October 2020, was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham and Monaco in the summer but the move failed to materialise. The Whites are confident of keeping hold of the 26 year-old and believe they are in a stronger position after head coach Marco Silva, who has a close relationship with the classy centre half, committed his future to the club by signing a new contract.

Adarabioyo has only made two appearances for Fulham this season after undergoing surgery on a persistent groin problem over the summer and made his return to the first-team as a late substitute at the end of the win over Wolverhampton Wanderers last week.
