Antonee Robinson has urged Fulham to ‘turn the tide’ of the club’s poor form by returning after the international break with a win against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday night.

The full-back comes back to domestic action in good goalscoring form having scored twice in two games as the United States qualified for the semi-finals of the CONCACAF Nations League with an aggregate success over Trinidad and Tobago.

Robinson told FFCTV this afternoon:

“Obviously, we want to kind of turn the tide of the results we’ve had lately and get some points on the board so we’re looking forward to it. It will be a very tough test. They are a very good side. I’ve watched quite a lot of their games. They play really good football, it will obviously be a challenge but it is something we are looking forward to as always.

It is known that this period is always busy. We’re just going to have to dig in, grind out as many results as possible and set us in good shape for the new year. Knowing after a game that you’ve always got another game quickly to either bounce back or carry on momentum depending on how you do, it’s always a good opportunity and something to look forward to.”
