Fulham FC Women have been drawn at home to Portsmouth Ladies in the first round proper of the FA Cup.
Steve Jaye’s side reward for their dramatic giantkilling of tier four Actonians – whom they beat on penalties yesterday afternoon – will be a stern test against third tier Pompey, who are chasing promotion this season. Portsmouth, who are second in the WPL Premier Division, edged out Rugby Borough in a tight third qualifying tie at the weekend.
The tie is provisionally scheduled for Sunday 12 November at 1pm.
