Fulham are considering a late move for Real Betis full back Juan Miranda as seek left back cover for Antonee Robinson, according to Teamtalk.

The Whites are short of competition for their American international, who agreed a new five-year deal to stay in SW6 this summer, after Joe Bryan left Craven Cottage at the end of his contract. Teamtalk claims that Cottagers’ head coach Marco Silva is an admirer of former Barcelona full back Miranda, who has made 79 appearances and six goals since returning to Betis in October 2020 – initially on loan.

The 23 year-old, who became his footballing education in the Betis cantera, is now in the final year of his current deal at Estadio Benito Villamarin, is believed to be interested in the prospect of playing in the Premier League but it remains to be whether Fulham would be able to acquire the Spanish international for a cut-price fee.
