Fulham wing-back Luciano D’Auria-Henry is poised to join League One Cheltenham Town on loan, according to various reports this afternoon.

The 20 year-old, who was converted from a winger into a right back during his time in the Motpsur Park youth set-up, has shone for Fulham’s under 21s and recently signed an extension to his professional contract. The Ealing born right-back was named on the bench by Marco Silva for Fulham’s EFL Cup defeat at Crawley Town last season and sparked a spirited comeback in the under 21s 3-2 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers last Friday night by supplying two assists in the closing stages.

Fulham are keen to give D’Auria-Henry a taste of senior football and is expected to be in contention to make his Cheltenham debut for Wade Elliott’s side at Portsmouth on Saturday.
