Gifted midfielder Delano McCoy-Splatt was spotted playing at Dulwich Hamlet and joined Fulham’s academy after impressing on trial. After scoring ten goals in ten games for Fulham’s under 16s, McCoy-Splatt quickly became a key member of the under-18 side and his swift rise was noticed by the Jamaican coaching staff, who handed him a senior debut against Trinidad and Tobago in March 2023. A bright ball-player, McCoy-Splatt has battled back from several serious injuries to become one of the brightest talents in the club’s academy.
