Winger Lemar Gordon joined Fulham at the age of ten after Brentford decided to shut down their academy. He scored on his debut for the under 18s at Stoke City in September 2021. A series of encouraging substitutes’ appearances earned him a scholarship and Gordon made seventy appearances for the under-18s, scoring nineteen goals. Gordon signed a professional deal with Fulham in March 2023 and scored his first professional goal, which was the winner against Shrewsbury Town in the EFL Trophy, in August 2024.

Gordon turned down a new contract with Fulham in this summer and signed for League One Leyton Orient for £100,000 in August. He left Motspur Park having made 48 appearances for Fulham’s under-21s, scoring nine goals.
