Brazilian attacking midfielder Andreas Pereira has enjoyed a bright start to his Fulham career since swapping Old Trafford for Craven Cottage in July 2022. He quickly became Marco Silva’s first choice number ten with his creative abilities enhanced by an insatiable appetite to win possession back high up the pitch. Pereira scored his first Fulham goal in the 3-1 defeat at West Ham in October 2022.
The Brazilian’s consistent displays were a big reason why the Whites achieved three mid-table finishes on their return to the top flight. He scored nineteen goals in 118 appearances for the club, before leaving for Palmeiras in a £8.6m deal in August 2025. The creative midfielder, who made the winning goal for compatriot Carlos Vinicius as Silva’s side won the SW6 derby for the first time in seventeen years in January 2023, saw his final months at the Cottage blighted to the fallout from an interview where he expressed interest in leaving the club. Pereira was dropped from the starting line-up and was usurped by Josh King ahead of his departure.
