Idris Odutayo wants to keep Fulham under 23’s winning run going when the Whites travel to Stoke this afternoon in the Premier League Cup this afternoon.
Steve Wigley’s side have already qualified for the knockout stages of the competition having amassed ten points from their first four fixtures and there might be a degree of rotation at the Lyme Valley Stadium later on. But Odutayo is determined to maintain the momentum generated by Fulham’s three match winning streak with another success in Staffordshire.
The classy central defender told the club’s official website:
“For us, it’s really important that we keep that winning mentality within the squad, so for that reason we’ll be approaching this game exactly the same as any other. It is nicer to play with that little bit less pressure than normal. Hopefully the lads will be able to really express themselves out on the pitch but by no means will we be complacent.”
