Fulham forward Aboubakar Kamara is expected to undergo a medical in Greece tomorrow ahead of his proposed £3m move to Aris.

The Mauritanian international has reportedly agreed a four-year contract with the Greek Super League side after Fulham and Aris finally reached agreement on a permanent deal following a series of stop-start negotiations this summer. The 26 year-old is poised to become the Thessaloniki side’s club record signing.

Kamara’s brief substitute appearance as Marco Silva sought a winner against Middlesbrough on Sunday looks like being the last of an incident-packed Craven Cottage career. Signed from Amiens for around £5m in 2017, the powerful forward scored seventeen goals in 92 appearances for Fulham but was involved in a series of off-field controversies, one of which saw him arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm and criminal damage at the club’s Motspur Park training ground.
