Alphonse Areola was absolutely outstanding in goal during his single season at Fulham on loan from French powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain. He produced a series of superb saves behind an overworked defence, but wasn’t able to keep the Whites up and is now at West Ham United permanently after a successful stint on loan in east London.
