Denis Odoi has signed a new two-year contract with Fulham, according to reports from Belgium.
The newly-promoted club have included an option to extend his new deal for a further year, so the versatile defender could remain at Craven Cottage until at least 2023. The 32 year-old, who joined Fulham from Lokeren in July 2016, became an instant favourite with the fans after an astonishing piece of control with his back on his debut against Newcastle United and has been part of two promotion-winning sides, starting last season’s play-off final against Brentford.
Odoi has made 149 first-team appearances for Fulham, scoring six goals.
Great news
A true legend
Great servant. Dependant on signings he may be back up this year. Prefer him to Christie.
Denis is a real Fulham legend. Quality person on and off the pitch.
Is this the level of our ambition? Yes he has been a good servant of the club but he is going to get creamed if he is our starting right back. Our last premium league visit proved that.
Brilliant work Scott Parker, Denis deserves this. Well done Denis!
Wise decision. Can play almost anywhere in back 4 , solid defender, and has guts and determination , …… The perfect handyman substitute for any injuries , tired legs or tactical decisions. Rather Odoi than any other Championship defender ..
Great servant however not Premiership player
My first choice to be on the substitute bench. Very versatile
It wasn’t Dennis clocking up last time around it was all the other crap we bought, remember his header against Derby, brilliant news from my point of view and he will prove he belongs in top flight well done Dennis.
Great news a Fulham Legend
Solid squad player
Great all rounder. Valuable squad member
