Tenacious tackler Ryan Tunnicliffe joined Fulham from Manchester United on deadline day in January 2014 having been lured to London along with team-mate Larnell Cole by former Red Devils’ assistant manager Rene Meulensteen. Tunnicliffe made his Fulham debut at Old Trafford against old club in a 2-2 draw in February and featured against Liverpool four days later, but found his first-team chances limited once Felix Magath replaced Meulensteen. He became a regular again under Kit Symons, scoring a sensational goal in the 4-1 thrashing of Bristol City in October 2016, but was released in the summer of 2017 having made 65 appearances for the Whites.
