Fulham are set to sign centre back Marcelo Djalo from Spanish second-division side Lugo, according to a Sky report.
Djalo, 23, is due to travel to London this week to complete a medical and finalise personal terms. The Sky report suggests that the Spaniard has been identified by Fulham’s analytics department having played entirely in the Spanish lower divisions having not made the grade with Juventus. He was loaned to Granada’s second string, Girona and Murica before joining Lugo last year.
