Versatile England international Kieran Richardson signed for Fulham from Sunderland in August 2012. He made his debut at West Ham United the following day in a dismal 3-0 defeat. He struggled for fitness during his time at Craven Cottage, but still managed to score six times in 48 appearances – including an outstanding strike at Aston Villa that helped give Felix Magath’s men some hope of survival – before the Whites were relegated from the top flight.
