Fulham’s highly rated Finnish U21 international Jesse Jorenen has gone out on loan for some much needed first team experience by joining Conference South side Maidenhead United.
Maidenhead boss Johnson Hippolyte said:
“We’ve got a good link with Fulham and when we spoke to them they said they had someone who could help us out. I’ve seen him play and he’s a good keeper. He’s big, commands his box well. They think very highly of him and with Billy being suspended, he ticks all the boxes for us.”
Joronen has signed in time to play against Welling on Saturday, and joins Marcus Bettinelli, a fellow Fulham goalkeeper, in the lower leagues.
