Berbatov will play in the number 9 Fulham shirt
Fulham have announced via their official website the capture of Dimitar Berbatov from Manchester United for an undisclosed fee. The deal represents an enourmous coup for the club, beating Juventus and Fiorentina to the signature who only 15 months ago won the Golden Boot for top scorer in the Premier League.

Thanks for the memories the over – head kick against Liverpool .The only player in all of Manchester United’s history to have scored a hatrick against Liverpool . It’s a sad day for me personally I loved you .You were perfect when you arrived at Old Trafford , Manchester United’s most expensive signing ‘ ever ‘ .But with the change of style at United , you sadly became surplus to the Club’s needs, with the change to fast counter – attacking style.
If only you could have been more lethal against the bigger teams , and particularly in Europe , where you never hit the heights expected at Manchester United .Ruud van Nistelrooy you were not.
I also think Dimitar Berbatov was treated extremely shabbily by Manchester United , the year he was joint golden boot winner with Carlos Tevez , to be not even on the bench for the Champion’s league final against Barcelona .It was a disgrace , with Micheal owen on the bench. That was the writing on the wall for your goodbyes .
I will still enjoy watching your silky majestic touches at Fulham , because your a technically gifted football player.
