Fulham have had a loan offer for FC Twente striker Marc Janko rejected.
The Austrian striker is believed to be surplus to requirements for Steve McClaren at De Grolsch Veste as the former England coach looks to reshape the Twente squad on his return to the club, but Fulham’s approach for a six-month loan failed – even with the offer of a £1m loan fee, according to the Daily Mail.
Janko, a long-time Fulham target, came off the bench to score in Twente’s 1-0 Europa League win over Martin Jol’s side last month. The 29 year-old has scored 13 goals in twenty appearances for the Dutch side this season.
martin jol fuck off. find another club to get your players from. you got ruiz from us thats enough. or maybe you wanna buy the whole team from twente at once. special price for you my friend. fuck you!!
Grow up man – Football is business – Janko is under contract to Twente and they are under no obligation to sell unless they see it as good business – which in the case of Ruiz they clearly did.
Take it as a compliment that you have players coveted by other clubs
