Swansea City have confirmed that they are in talks with the Fulham defender Rafik Halliche.
Swans boss Brendan Rogers is hoping to strengthen his back line on transfer deadline day and Martin Jol has admitted that he has been trying to find a potential suitor for the Algerian centre back as he is unlikely to get first-team football at Fulham.
Halliche has made just two substitutes’ appearances for the Whites since joining Fulham from Benfica for £1.3m last summer.
