Veteran goalkeeper Pascal Zuberbühler was reunited with Roy Hodgson at Fulham in 2008 having previously worked with him at Neuchâtel Xamax as well as the Swiss national side. Zuberbühler, who was a regular in the Whites’ reserve side during his three years at Craven Cottage, made his sole senior appearance for the club in the 2008 League Cup defeat at Burnley.
