Fulham look to have beaten a host of Premier League clubs to sign Israeli starlet Omri Altman.
The 16-year-old midfielder has attracted attention from a number of clubs in recent months, and spent time training with Liverpool and Arsenal last year.
He has also spent time with Fulham, who have now pushed through a deal with his club Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Maccabi have confirmed that they have concluded a deal with the Cottagers for Altman, who turns 17 at the end of this month.
Fulham manager Mark Hughes will be delighted to have acquired the young talent and Maccabi say the deal is expected to be concluded this week and
A statement from Maccabi read: “Maccabi Tel Aviv have reached agreement with English side Fulham for the transfer of youth player Omri Altman.
“The transfer is now dependant on him signing his professional contract.”
