Damien Duff was disappointed that Fulham conceded a ‘sloppy’ away goal right at the end of last night’s Europa League quarter final first leg against Wolfsburg but remains confident that the Whites can finish the job in the second leg.
Alexander Madlung’s late header gave the German champions a real boost ahead of the return leg next week, taking some of the shine off Fulham’s improved second half showing that thoroughly merited the two-goal lead given to them by Bobby Zamora and Duff.
