Dickson Etuhu reckons he’s getting closer to his best form as he continues his return to the Fulham side after injuries and international duty.
The Nigerian midfielder insists there’s more to come from him after some disappointing recent displays.
It’s good to be back. I’ve played the last five games now. I’m feeling good but still not where I want to be yet. That will come soon. Everybody knows what I’m like when I play at my best.
It was a great strike by Bobby but he does it all the time in training so I wasn’t really surprised. He’s a great player and he’s having a great season and I’m really happy for him.Duffer loves that one where he comes inside and hits it. He scored a similar one when he first signed. It’s something you see him doing a lot
We’re thinking about each game as it comes along and getting everything out of it. We don’t think too far ahead – that’s the good thing about Fulham Football Club – we just think about the next game.
Everybody knows they’re [Shakhtar] a great team and we did really well to beat them at the Cottage. They played really well and now we’re looking forward to going over there and playing in a big match.
All the boys are relishing the opportunity to play in this game. We’re going there to win the game but at the same time we’re not thinking too far ahead.
